In addition to protection, the capsules are available in flat, +4dB and +8dB frequency altering responses that enhance high-frequencies and presence at 15kHz. The caps are provided in colors that match the B6 microphones, this cap features a flat frequency response and comes in beige. The flat frequency cap protects the B6 from moisture without altering the microphone's original frequency response.
